Have had no dialing tone since Saturday. Checked all connections and ran online test. This happened a while ago same thing . No incoming or outgoing calls.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.
I've run a diagnostic on the line and it's looking clear on this end. Are you able to try another handset in the socket? This is just to make sure it's not the equipment causing the fault.
If not, let me know and I'll sort out a technician for you.

have checked with another handset and it didn't work either.

Since you have tried another phone what I'd like to do next is to send out one of our engineers to check your telephone line.
