Landline problem

Hi

Apologies but this covers both a phone line and TV issue.

Our phone line has been broken for many months - I've only just got round to sorting it so no blame to Virgin. Could an engineer be sent out to look at the problem?

I also need a second box removing - due to alterations to my property the cable feeding the box needs to be removed. Could that be sorted at the same time?

Hi there dairees,

 

Sorry to hear about the fault experienced.

 

Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the handset or tried different equipment at all?

 

In regards to package changes, we are unable to assist with this type of thing via the Forum unfortunately. :/

 

You can, however, of course, contact our team on 150 free from any Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111 on any other line.

I've tried other equipment but have had no luck i'm afraid. Once the phone line is resolved I'm happy to deal with the TV issue separately although it's not so much a package issue more I need someone to disconnect and remove the 20 metres of cable that runs across a soon to be demolished part of my house.
