For the past month or so, our landline has not been working. We have been unable to make, or receive, any calls.
Our handsets have just been saying 'check phone line' and even when we have tried different handset, and checked phone line, it still doesnt work.
When trying to do the online service check, it gets stuck at 99% and doesn't go any further.
Any ideas what is happening?
