For about the past month my landline hasn't been working. When I press a button on the phone keypad I just hear for quick faint pip like beeps and then nothing. There is no dial tone at all.
I have tried on two phones one of them is brand new, but have the same issue on both phones.
Sign in to https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index and check the status for your area, you can run a test on your phone and arrange for an engineers visit if need be online.
