New customer, landline worked for 3 weeks but have had message on phone handset for past week saying 'check phone line'. Tried turning it on/off and no change. When the number is phoned it does not ring and cannot be used to ring out. Tried checking status online and it stops at 99% checked. Help please!
I have tested your line from here and it's showing blocked so before I can arrange for a technician I would just like to check whether you have tried another handset in the Virgin Media socket to eliminate any equipment fault.
