My elderly mother's landline has not been working for over 24 hours. I reported it yesterday and Virgin acknowledged there was a fault for the whole area (Brighton BN1 3JP) and that ticket has now been closed but my mum still has no service (the line is completely dead). I phoned customer services and the best they can do is offer an engineer to visit on Thursday, unacceptable! My mum is 86 and relies on this phone, how can I get through to someone in Virgin that can give a straight answer and sort this out?
I'd like to help in getting your mother's line fixed.
