Landline not working

My landline has stopped working this morning, I've tried to do the status test but it stops at 99% and will not continue.

I've also tried ringing on my mobile but have just been left on hold once the recorded message has asked me to wait while my details are collected.

I've not been very impressed with the customer service in the past and this is really not helping!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your line and I can see an issue that will require a technician. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
