I'm really sorry to learn about the problems with your phone line, I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on this for you.
At the moment we're not seeing any problems with the line from our end, there are also no reported problems in your local area. Have you been able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or your handset on an alternate line?
