Landline not working NG4

Yet another day without a full phone and TV service in NG4, being unable to make or receive calls. This has been going on now for 6 days !! Please sort it out Virgin. Will we all be compensated for this lack of a phone and TV service which we have all paid for ?

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about what's happening.

 

I have checked your telephone line and I'm unable to find any issues in the area so before I arrange for an engineer I'd just like to confirm whether tried another handset?

 

I'd also like to know what's happening with your Virgin box at the moment?
