Since yesterday phone has been displaying "check phone line" message. Acording to service status page there are no problems in my area and running the test comes back with no issues. have tried another phone but line still appears dead. Any help would be appreciated

I have been able to locate your account to run a line check and what I would like to do is send one of the team out to take a look at this for you so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you.
