Hi - Virgin engineer recently set me up with phone and broadband package but when I plug my phone in, I can't seem to get it to work. Virgin says checked their end and connection all fine? But I can't get a dial tone? Any help gratefully received! Thanks.

I've located your account to run some tests on the line and we're nor detecting any errors at the moment. Have you been able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or your handset on an alternate line?
If so, get in touch and we'll arrange for for a member of the team to come and take a closer look at this.
