Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.
I've run diagnostics and the network is looking clear from this end. Are you able to try another handset in the socket? This is just to rule out the equipment as the cause of the fault.
If you've already tried another handset or if you don't have one spare, I'll arrange for a technician to take a look.
