My landline went down on Tuesday 7th, at midday. Telephoned Virgin for information and apparently there was no fault listed for this area,so it must be only on my line. Told "All engineers are fully booked and no slots are available until Tuesday 14th" !!!!!! What the hell is going on? I have to wait a week without a telephone service!!!! I'm 70years old and need the phone. Thankyou Virgin? I don't think so!!!
