I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment, I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the phone line from our end for you.
We're seeing the issue you've mentioned is still active, the engineers are on the case right now trying to get this resolved and I hope that happens soon.
