Landline dead

Hi!
I've had no phone for 2 days and every time I call it's 20 minutes wait. I don't have any minutes left on my mobile and the online test stalls at 99% we don't have any other phone to check equipment and I work all day. Can you help please.

I have complained twice about the online diagnostic test not working.  I live in Belfast 6 and this is the second time in a month that my phone has lost a dial tone.  Not acceptable.

Hello Ashy1,

I have tested your equipment from here and it's coming back as blocked so I would recommended that you test your handset as this could save time for you rather than waiting for a technician if it's the phone that's at fault.

Please let me know if you're able to do this as I would then like to arrange for an engineer to check the line.
