anybody know if virginmedia still exist ? Automated 150 call just locks out at "I'll just get your details", automated line check on web site freezes at 99% complete reporting that it's stopped because it's taking too long ( ! ), 'contact us' icon reports that user may have pressed the wrong button ( ! ) ...... in the meantime, phone doesn't work. At least I'm no longer getting nuisance calls - come to think about it, haven't had any for a fortnight or so - maybe line has been dead that long ?
