Why is it so hard to request an engineer to look at my landline? Have tried calling the alternative number using my wife's mobile and ended up talking to an Asian guy who just kept telling me to ring 150 on my landline which is dead of course! Next tried Live chat but nobody is ever available. Tried email but was informed not working at the moment.The fault is definitely on the line, I've tried plugging in several phones which are known to work, still no joy. I JUST WANT MY LANDLINE WORKING !
