Fault compensation for loss of service is looked at on an individual basis, as this will depend on varying factors such as the type of fault, how long the fault has been open, when the fault was reported, is the fault re-occurring, the customer's service package and price, and so on.
We would be happy to look into fault compensation for you, just give our Customer Care department a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other line, taking option 1, then Option 3.
