Landline reported ooo 30/01/2017. Technician called 03/02/2017 got it working temporarily and said the outside cable probably needed replacing but obviously did not report it. 23/02/2017 landline ooo again. 01/03/2017 technician called and replaced cable inside house. Still crackling and unable to use. Technician called 03/03/2017 and said outside cable needs replacing. 06/03/2017 outside cable replaced but will need a technician to connect it. Still no phone and now I am told that it will not be connected until 16/03/2017. Very poor performance and can we get it connected ASAP.
