I have recently moved into a rented property and I am trying to get broadband set up.
There is a phone line in the property that I believe to be disconnected. There is a virgin box in the property which I believe to be a router.
Is there any way to find out the landline number, the last provider to the property and the next steps in setting it up please?
All you need to do is book and sign up and they will post out a new hub to you

You will not need to obtain the former telephone number.
