I had no phone line and I appear unable to continue a 'chat' with Virgin Media as I am unable to discover how to type in the follow-up information after the Virgin operator replies. Last week I resorted to this 'Community' forum and my message was picked up by Virgin operator called Josh who organised an engineer visit.  The line was 'repaired' on Monday and I had normal service until the line became unusably noisy today and then failed completely an hour ago.

I hope someone can step up and help this increasingly frustrating situation
