I have now been without a landline for five full days (that's the current outage, there have been quite a few before.) How long can it take to mend a 'frayed cable'? I am absolutely at the end of my tether. To add insult to injury, the status page on the website appears to be broken and I've had a request to give my opinion on the service in connection with this (still ongoing) fault. If I were to take part in a survey at this point, my replies would be unprintable! Is anybody else in SW11 affected and are you getting any more useful information/help than I am. I intend to seek compensation. And will probably take my custom to BT.
