Line crackling so I cannot call and the contact links on line are broken! Tried to get the line test done but it freezes at 99%! Need to book and engineer but how?

I have been able to check your line and I'm not finding any faults at the moment so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced your handset to eliminate any equipment fault?

Okay what I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to take a closer look so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see another message from me with appointment times.
