I had Virgin installed on Friday (31/03). The engineer told me it may take 24 hours to get a code from my previous provider to activate my phone line. I am still waiting to be connected. I have waited in a queue for 20 mins. this morning and then hung up and also had an online chat with someone who said there isn't a fault with the line There is no dial tone but when you call from the number you can hear it ringing but nothing is happening on the actual phone.
