Itemised Numbers

How do I get my full itemised bill displayed and not just any calls over 50p?

Call Customer Services on 150 from your home phone, and then can arrange for your itemisation to show all chargeable calls going forward.

Any zero rated calls i.e. free calls or inclusive to your home phone plan won't appear.

Thanks for your help. I was hoping it could be something I could do myself as I find calling and being put on hold for ages a PITA.

First impressions of VM are good broadband service but customer service is very poor.

I spoke to CS but I'm less than happy with their response. I was told if I want itemised billing I would have to revert to paper billing which costs me.

I can't understand why I can't receive this on-line.

That's wrong.

You can indeed can itemised billing and stay on e-billing. The two are not connected either for you, or for the way the change is made on the computer system by an agent.

I've sent you a reply but I think they've sorted this for me but haven't told me as I received an email telling my package has changed. If it has been changed it would been nice to have been informed.
