I want to complain about an aborted phone installation
I want to complain about an aborted phone installation but I am unwilling to spend yet more time and money on phone calls which lead nowhere. How can I email or otherwise register my complaint? I have been without a landline for over two weeks.

I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line recently, you can contact the team regarding a complaint by giving us a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 or by visiting www.virginmedia.com/contactus/ and selecting the 'Something else' option at the bottom of the page.
I've located your account to take a look at the phone line and can see we have plans for an engineer to come and take a closer look at this, I've sent you information confirming when that'll take place in a private message, which you can view by clicking the envelope on the top right of this page.
