I have a new phone BT8600 Advanced call blocker that has stopped working. Please check my line.

I have read that other users of Virgin have had problems with this phone and their box please can you send me an engineer to check it out.  Thank you

Thanks for posting about this on the community and I'm sorry to learn that you're experiencing issues with your landline.

 

I have tested the line and it's showing in use so can I confirm whether you have tested/replaced the handset to eliminate any equipment fault?
