If you feel that you're being charged for numbers you haven't called then I would recommend giving our customer service team a call on 150 free from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone as soon as possible and one of the team will be able to investigate this for you.
You can subscribe to premium blocking but you may not need to if there's a fault so please let me know how you get on.
