I NEED TO UPGRADE MY PHONE PACKAGE TO ALL TIME CALLS

HI THERE

I have not been told when I joined virgin that my phone line will only be free to mobiles on weekends only.

I noted that I have been charged 10 pounds extra every month for the two months since I joined virgin for making like 10 min call from my landline. I wasn't aware of this as my previous landlines EE and talktalk never charged me for calling a mobile phone.

I have been trying to add this extra 8 pounds per month to get the alltime free calls and I can't find it on the web site.

I'm sorry to learn about the difficulty you're experiencing in trying to upgrade your telephone service recently.

 

I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other to speak with our team, to get your telephone service upgraded.
