I know that I can track usage of the multi talk 1000 minutes using the 150 phone service and entering a long sequence of digits, however is there a way of tracking usage and remaining minutes using the online portal?
Welcome to the Community, I'm not sure there's a way to track this online although if there is, you'll see on it on the billing section of your [My Virgin Media].
If you're not seeing anything there, give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other and we'll let you know!
It's worth mentioning the balance can take 24 hours to update, so any calls you make in the same 24 hours as checking your balance won't be included
