There's fault on my parents' phone line and I don't know how to report it. I've tried using 150 - but this seems to only care about faults on my own number. I've tried the "Live Chat" but got a message saying it's now either out of service hours or too busy. My parents don't have mobiles so are unable to call to report the fault themselves. I also don't have their account number. Any ideas?
