How do I access telephone charges in between billing periods?

I should be able to access unbilled calls in between billings - that is what Virgin have told me but I can find no way of accessing unbilled items.

 

Can anyone help?

Using MyVirginMedia I have not found a way to access details of calls but it does tell me how much my current charges are as a single figure.

As @Dave_cq mentioned, you can find the unbilled call charge totals on your My Virgin Media account online.

Further details would need to be discussed with our billing teams either via the phone on 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat
