Home phone

Disgusted with customer service recieved from Virgin. I've had no home phone for two weeks now. Engineer came out on Monday ..said there was a problem with something in the box my line was connected too but couldn't fix it. Told me someone would be out Tuesday to sort it.. no one came !!! Just called again and have been told they will come out next Monday.... can't wait to cancel my contract !
