Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.

 

Are you able to test another handset in the socket? We just need to make sure it's not your handset causing the issue. Just unplug your phone from the wall socket, plug in a different phone (if you have one) and re-test the line. If you don't have another handset, that's no problem.
