Home phone re pull

Our Virgin phone line has been damaged & requires a re pull,  This is not a problem, but the fact that it won't happen until 20th Feb is.  This line has been down since Christmas & I feel I shouldn't be charged for line rental, Jan & Feb, until it's fixed & I have the service I'm paying for.

Hats off to Virgin customer services.  This has been resolved via on line chat with a very helpful guy, Dipali.

First time I've needed to use on line chat but I certainly will in future.
