Home phone not working

I have just blown my top at an unfortunate woman in Asia. After 45 minutes 'talking'to robots, she felt my full wrath when she told me that I would have to wait 6 days for an engineer.  I have a very sick husband  and need to be in contact with services and family speedily. She promised to call me back on my mobile (NOT a virgin phone) but has failed to do so.  Has Virgin no priority service provider? Seriously feel I will have to change to BT.

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your telephone line at the moment. 

 

I've located your account to see if there are any earlier appointments but there are none available right now unfortunately. I'll keep an eye on that from our end for you.
