Home Telephone Issue.

Reported that my home telephone number was not working on Saturday 16th April 2016.

The display was showing the words 'No Line'

I was given an appointment date for an engineer to call - Wednesday 27th April 2016.

I think that having to wait for 11 days is excessive.

My broadband is working perfectly.
