Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm sorry to hear that your Smart Call app was showing the incorrect talk plan. And also apologies that the issue was not resolved when you called in.
I've taken a look at things from this end and noticed an issue, so I've now put things right and you should now see the correct talk plan on your App.
If this is not the case, please remove the app and download again..
