Please help 😊 I have been without a home phone line since last week. Replaced my phone as I thought that could be the issue but still no dial tone. Rings in but still can't answer the call. Tried speaking to virgin but can only get automated help and an appointment on this for Wednesday. Any body know any phone numbers plus also a normal rate as having to use my mobile 😕 thanks

I have been able to locate your account and I can see you already have a technician booked, I do have a earlier appointment however so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
Alternatively you can contact us by dialing 150 from a Virgin landline or 03454541111 from any other phone.
