I got line cord error on my phone ,spoke to Virgin over a week ago and they said that they would send a engineer out to look at the problem but they never turned up , stayed in for them and wasn't very happy at the bad service , now still have the problem but can't ring the free number as I can't ring out on my phone . It will cost me a lot of money on my mobile to ring them . Please help me someone
