Help! Can't find contact details for Customer Services
We've bought a house which we believe is currently served by a Virgin Media landline. As the former resident was elderly and has left the area, we have no idea if the account has been cancelled or not. I've tried ringing customer services, but the automated service demands a phone number or account number, neither of which we have. Can't find a working email address either. The "moving home" section is aimed at current customers, so no help there!
Please, please, I just want to make sure that the account has been cancelled or transferred and to get the phone cut off. How do I talk to/email someone?
