Harassment?

Every so often, Virgin Media start to call.

I had a call from 0800 408 9340 on Friday, and another today.

This last happened a few months ago. You started calling me over a period of a couple of weeks. At most, I had 3 calls in one day. If I remember rightly, you called me pretty much every day and then stopped.

I've never answered these calls any you have never left a message.

There are two clear messages here.

1. I do not want to speak with Virgin Media

2. You want to sell me something that I do not want

I am a Customer of Virgin Media, not someone to harass.

Re: Harassment?

Ask to be removed from the marketing list.  When you take a phone package from Virgin you are automatically put on the marketing list by default,  so if you don't want the calls, phone Virgin 150 and ask to be taken of the marketing list.

Re: Harassment?

OK. Thanks. I understand now.

Marketing = a call ever day, sometimes 3.

Re: Harassment?

Hey val00000

I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience you're experiencing at the moment, I'd like to take a look at your account and amend the marketing preferences if you've not had the chance to give us a call yet.

To allow me to do so, could you respond to the private message I've sent with the requested information? You can view the message by clicking the purple envelope on the top right of this page.

Apologies again for the inconvenience caused, we'll talk soon.

Craig
