Hi new batteries in phone - check, rung housephone from mobile - check phoneline still not working - check,
2 phone sockets in flat have now tried both and still not working
Apart from screaming with frustration what do I do now???????
I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the line from our end for you, we're seeing no problems with the line from our end.
Have you been able to test your handset at all? By trying an alternate handset or yours on an alternate line?
