My landline is not working. I have an appointment for someone to come to my house on Friday but I need it fixed before then. My family depend on it.
I asked for help with on this forum on Saturday and got this response:

I've checked our appointments and the earliest appointment is still Friday 10th. I can keep an eye on the account to see of we get any cancellations for you.
I have sent a message to the person who sent this reply saying that I need the phone fixed.
