My home phone has gone dead. There is no dial tone. I have phoned Virgin and have got an appointment for someone to come on Friday, the 10 February - but that is nearly a week away.
I need to have my phone working. Can anyone tell me how I can get an earlier appointment?

I've checked our appointments and the earliest appointment is still Friday 10th. I can keep an eye on the account to see of we get any cancellations for you.
