Engineer hasn't turned up.

Hi,

Today the engineer has supposed to install my broadband between 1 and 6pm. My wife was home and at 1 o'clock a Virgin media van arrived. Two men looked around the building and just left. Has anyone had same problem? I tried to sort it out via chat and they directed me on the phone but after waiting 1.5 hour listening to the music I gave up.

Usually when this happens it's because construction work is needed to be able to install you however this doesn't account for the bad manners Smiley Sad 

 

I can see you've been in touch with the team since posting here and the installation has been rescheduled. 

 

Let us know how this goes and if you have any further issues, you know where we are.
