Well the engineer who was supposed to turn up tonight between 4-7 didn't arrive. I had an email confirming the visit and telling me the appointment would be available to view in myvirgin media. It wasn't. I took time off work especially for throws visit. I've now had no phone line for over 10 days and I have disabled relatives I care for. I NEED MY PHONE. Please can someone help?
