Virgin engineer booked between 4 and pm today (30/11/16) to fix phone line. Did not turn up and I have not heard from Virgin with reason / offer to re-book / apology. Can anybody tell me who to contact to sort out? Very difficult to identify contact route on the Virgin Media site. Thanks.
I'm very sorry to hear this, I have located your account and I can see it was cancelled due to a fault in the area which has now been resolved. You should of been notified regarding this and I can only apologise that you haven't.
If your telephone line still isn't working then I'll need to arrange for another technician so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
