i booked an engineer online for problems on our Virgin phone line
i booked for 30th November at 4 to 7
i had text from Virgin saying a problem on my service had been resolved and respond with HELP if not resolved .... I did this as not resolved
i have today got email confirming appointment for engineer as 28th November at 01:00 to 02:00
confused? Will my engineer still turn up tomorrow?
there is no confirmation anywhere on my vm account
