Engineer Appointment

So here's the issue, my phone is not working and the earliest I can get an engineer to visit is 6 days from now.

Surely this is an unacceptable level of service. I would expect a maximum of 48 hours for an engineer to call.

Can you imagine if mine was a business line and had no connection for 6 days?

I would think alternative service providers may prove more effective.

Re: Engineer Appointment

If it were a business line you'd be paying more and the service would be better

I booked and engineer last week and it was 2 days, I suppose it depends on the area and how busy they are, I agree if you are dissatisfied you should look elsewhere but I'm pretty sure we could all find horror stories about any supplier

Re: Engineer Appointment

Hi Andyh55

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems with your home phone and the delay with the engineers appointment at the moment.

I've been able to locate your account to double check and can confirm that your booked in for our soonest possible appointment at the moment. My apologies for the inconvenience this delay has caused.

I'd love to hear how the appointment goes and will be here should you need any assistance moving forward.

Craig
